Verizon representatives, especially Jalio, completely lied to me and added a mobile protection plan to my account without my consent. When I questioned it, they lied about voiding the charges, and extra unnecessary fees were also added to my bill. No one takes responsibility, and customer service has been useless. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this matter, and I am even planning to stand outside the store with a sign to warn others about how dishonest and misleading this company is.
