    ‏I have been suffering from this problem for a year. I went to this store to change from T-Mobil to Verizon, me and my friends. We got 7 phones. The deal was on 5 dollars for the phone and 27 dollars for the line. At first, we paid 800 dollars. And then After a month of taken the phones without transferring from the other company, I got another bill was $1,100. When I went to the store, the agent told me to pay $100 to turn on the temporary number in the device and we will put this money credit in the next ball , so I paid this amount and he did not change anything. After that, I did not go there for two months because I was busy with my work and no one contacted me all this time and the bills kept going up until this number indicated in the bill. In the last nature when I went there every time they ask me about my problem and in the end they saying we don’t have any business manager here and after that they take my phone number and say they will contact me in 24 hours and then after that, I don’t get any call from anyone I need a solution to either return the phones, cancel the account or transfer the lines from the other company and pay normal bills not the crazy one like that.

    I think. This company deserves less than a star. And employees. Other. I am respectful. I bought 7 iPhone 16 phones with the SIM and I wanted. Transfer. From TMobil, but no interest from anyone, but someone I don't remember, or almost as long as Steve spoke to me and said I'd find a suitable solution for you, but when I called him again, he told me I quit work and he doesn't do anything but lie to me, and then I went to the branch again and I don't find any interest, nor anyone who is able to convert, I don't know why, and when we go to the branch they tell us he will contact customer service, but all this is just lying, and there is no suitable person in this company I hope you find good people. I wasted my time going to the store I wish I knew all this before and I... I've never changed to a company like this, and I still have no solution, and I want to return the phone or I want to transfer. I don't advise anyone to deal with that company

    Was told to go there by Verizon FiOS home services to exchange a faulty cable box have the ticket number the address sent from Verizon tech-support showed up spoke with associate named Chris who said no Verizon store takes in cable boxes cause no Verizon store has cable boxes that customer service has been doing it to them all day due to some merger tried to ask her manager they said regarding to what asked how we could get a new box he said I could start up with a whole brand new plan right now. It’d be the only way you can get one promised if you keep everything and then just cancel the contract and switch it back over to the original person‘s name and information even said we wouldn’t have to pay the bill that was already due in four days. The plan ended up being more expensive. They asked me to sign and I saw the phone number had changed asked about it. He immediately retracted his first statement saying yeah you can’t transfer your number over. Can’t keep the same number. We walked out and all he had was the gall to say the person on the phone who was walking through how to do it yeah because I couldn’t keep the phone number they decided not to do it called customer service again after leaving the store. Customer rep said I’ve been with Verizon 16 years and I’ve never heard such a Thing every Verizon store that’s a store and not an authorized realtor can exchange cable boxes said one of y’all online either the store Chris or y’all‘s customer service department got switched back over to tech-support tech port one of the troubleshoot a cable box that I am now driving around with after me repeatedly telling them I am not home. I am trying to take pillbox somewhere to get an exchanged and the rep told me no one exchange his boxes because nobody has them in store. They still tried to walk me through on how to troubleshoot the cable box finally after screaming at them and demanding a tech to come out there’s a possibility I might have to pay $99.99 for a service tax fee when I initially talked to tech-support I had two options take the cable box into a store and exchange it with the ticket number. Verizon can provide me or have one shipped and it will take two business days to ship it and then however long to receive it on the second phone call with tech support They said they don’t ship boxes. I do not recommend the store for any Verizon services. I do not recommend Verizon customer service and I especially do not recommend Verizon tech support.

    The guys and gals here were great. Special shout-out to Kapil, Chris, and the district manager Austin! Even though there were some issues with getting our promotions for porting our phones from AT&T, they worked diligently to make sure everything was corrected and resolved.
