After a total runaround by Verizon Chat for 2 Days to activate my wife’s new iPhone 17 Reg, I contacted Kamil, who gave me his mobile when I purchased the phone there on Dec 23. He immediately responded and said come back to Victra Manassas Friday morning, 26 and he would make it right!! Well he did and my wife is happy and connected again!! 🎉🙌🏽🎄🙏🏽

I just want to share how rude was the guy on the counter, I was trying to upgrade my phones, get an Apple Watch, so we were in the middle of the conversation for that when another customer came in and he completely ignored me, he cut me off while I was talking and he started a conversation with that guy.
So I felt so offended and I told him that was so rude of him, I told him immediately that was not making any business there.

Placed an order for pick up and was told it would be ready within 3-4 hours, and that I'd be notified when it was ready. It has been days and I've tried following up numerous times. It is impossible to get anybody on the phone, it seems like they forward all calls to Verizon's corporate customer service, how helpful... I just want the order that was supposed to be ready on 12/7.
