  Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated at your location. I arrived at the store at approximately 5:43 and was waiting for my family, who unfortunately arrived a few minutes late. I had already chosen a washer and was in the process of trying to use it. When my family arrived at 6:00, the manager refused to allow them inside, even though I was already in the store and actively attempting to use a washer. I explained to the manager that I was already present before 6:00 and that my family was simply joining me, but the manager still refused to allow them inside. This was very frustrating and felt unreasonable, especially since I was already a customer inside the store. Due to this refusal, I told the manager that if they did not want my business, I would leave—and I did. I left feeling extremely unhappy with the manager’s attitude and handling of the situation. I hope you will look into this matter, as this experience has left me very dissatisfied with the management at this location.

  Phone implies agreement through automated service…store closes at 6:00. I’ll never need anything from Best Buy again. I’m out!!!

  Went to receive a open box apple watch and it was missing its band, they told me they are cancelling the order, but they didn't, I had to cancel it myself.

  Let me say, the employees here were great. They were helpful and friendly and the associate Marvin was super helpful to us he answered multiple questions and let us behind the desk to look at the merchandise. HOWEVER whomever the store / shift manager was (long dark hair) was yelling very loudly and publicly at the employees. She screamed at Marvin to remove his jacket, yelled at two other employees for the same thing, and yelled at another two employees for talking / working to closely saying they needed to ‘find time outside of work to be together’. Here’s the thing, I get that those are requirements or policies of Best Buy but her delivery was horrid. How are you going to expect an employee to WANT to come to work and do a good job when they are getting screamed at in front of a store full of customers and at least 10 employees in ear shot? She needs a lesson in management training right away, there is no reason to treat people that way. “Punish in private and praise in public”, it’s basic stuff. She yelled at Marvin while he was in the middle of checking us out with our items.

  Bought a washer and dryer. They were very courteous and friendly. Helped me when I needed it, on choice and price range. Check out was smooth and fast. Second time I have bought from this location. I'm sure I'll be back.
