    I had an outstanding experience at the Best Buy Outlet in Manassas, thanks to Aaron. Aaron introduced me to TCL as a serious contender in the premium television space — delivering flagship-level performance at what can only be described as blockbuster pricing. His technical understanding of the QD-Mini LED lineup, especially the QM6 series, was impressive. He didn’t just “sell” the TV — he broke down the value proposition in a clear, intelligent way that made the decision easy. I ended up purchasing an open-box 65” TCL QM6K at an unbelievably low price, and Aaron ensured the unit was inspected thoroughly and packaged correctly before I left. His product knowledge, professionalism, and ability to articulate why TCL is disrupting the premium market were top-tier. If you’re shopping at the Manassas outlet, ask for Aaron. He understands the tech, respects the customer’s intelligence, and delivers real value. Highly recommend.

    I had an awkward interaction today as I was purchasing an Apple Watch. Kyle kindly helped me find what I was looking for and once I made my selection he ensured he followed protocol to request the keys the proper way to get it from the cage. He made a request over the radio and apologized to me for the long wait. After some time passed, it seemed like there was confusion with the request for keys and he very politely reminded the workers he was waiting on the radio. At that point Sylvia yelled across the store to Kyle that she’s the only lead with the keys and he needed to chill out, because they were being used in the back of the store. I was honestly disturbed by this rude and loud interaction. At this point everyone stopped what they were doing and looked because the interaction was abrasive. The keys were actually right in front of her the entire time, making it very unnecessary. I would like to applaud Kyle for keeping great customer service skills throughout the entire event and not allowing the negative energy to affect my experience. In the future, if a worker feels the need to reprimand a worker for not being “chill” it should be done so behind closed doors, not yelled across the store. Thank you Kyle for being a great representation of premier Best Buy service!

    My husband and I went here looking for a niche product - a 24” compact dryer. We lucked out and found a nice heat pump unit that was at a significant discount. It had a very minor dent on the back side, but otherwise was in great shape. The general manager, Silvia Calix helped check us out, and made arranging the delivery and getting a warranty very easy - and pressure free. The delivery folks showed up right on time, and were very communicative. We had a hard setup in our small condo, but they handled it professionally. Sadly we did run into an issue during the install, where the unit was missing the needed screws to install the dryer cord. We were offered to take it back to Best Buy and exchange it, or keep it and get the screws ourselves. We liked the unit and decided to keep it. It was a bit frustrating to not have it working though. When I reached out to Ms. Calix, she was very responsive, apologized for the mistake, and offered to provide a generous refund for the delivery and installation costs. Thankfully we were able to get the needed parts directly from the manufacturer, and our new dryer is now working great. While there may always be some issues when purchasing pre-owned units - the costs savings were significant, and I was really pleased by the professionalism of the staff and how they handled our concerns. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.
