- LGLuella Greene3 days ago1.0I bought a refrigerator a year ago and the purchase and install went well so I returned to buy a washer dryer and dishwasher last week. In store, the reps were nice, but they have limited knowledge on the product, which is understandable. I purchased the appliances and told them I would like them delivered and installed with the old once’s removed. The salesman confirmed. He first mentioned that I would need hoses to connect the washer which I already had to I opened out of that kit and said I would like the delivery and removal of the old ones. For the dishwasher they wanted me to purchase another kit for install, which I said fine. Evidently there is a separate line item for removal that wasn’t included on my ticket. They called the morning of, which they informed me that it would cost more and they could send me a link, as to which I wanted to speak to the store first since I mentioned this at time of sale. I called and while waiting was disconnected. They showed up, I asked to speak to their supervisor and they said he would call, passed me a card with the phone number, droppers off the merchandise in my garage (not in the laundry) and left. They didn’t call me so I called them, one guy says he will give me to a supervisor, another guy picks up and says I don’t need a supervisor and basically dismisses my issue. There are some other items that I was considering, but after this, I won’t be going back.
