Jermaine walked me through the transfer process to get my mom’s existing phone number moved. There were some processes he needed to work with the technical support team on. He gave clear instructions and worked through the hiccups with them throughout the entire transfer and activation process. I am grateful that he was there to assist me. All of the store team members seemed to be well-versed and knowledgeable. In my case, Jermaine was courteous, patient, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am so glad I made the decision to stop in when I did.
