  Kyle, Karson, and Aiden were so helpful. I took my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on to get it diagnosed and, even without an appointment, Kyle immediately took it into the back to make sure everything was hooked up properly and even found me a new screw when one was stripped out! The team went above and beyond their charter to find the problem and even helped us get the proper documentation for insurance (thank you Karson).

  Not your old Geek squad. Save your money, they very kindly say things are fixed but they definitely are not. Say 3 days and keep for weeks saying they are working on it. Can not talk to a person in the US when you call the store.

  Took my laptop in to get its cpu fan fixed, was told it would take 3 days. Went in after 5 days with no updates, and was told they were still trying to diagnose the issue. After a week I went back and was told that they got it updated and ran stress tests and it all passed… got it home to find they did absolutely nothing to it… fan still broken, no updates done… genuinely disappointed and confused on what was done if anything… I’d recommend going anywhere, as it’s clear they didn’t even read the paperwork where I clearly stated the issue. The charged me &200 just to have my laptop sit on a shelf for a week… the people are kind, but clueless.

  I’ve been waiting for my pc for 5 days now when they told me 3 days and I don’t even know if its going to be fixed so here is the review i feel this service deserves, edit i got back and it was great so yea 4 star minus 1 for the time it took

  Excellent assistance in purchasing a new computer. The "Total Tech Support" is worth every penny. Agents are very knowledgeable and extremely patient.
