    The store is locked, customers are lined up trying to get in and calling the number doesn't get through to a representative who can answer any questions. All I want to do is pay my bill at the kiosk. Poor communications for a "communications company!"

    Had a 2 pm appointment. After 20 minutes they decided to check me in. 3 clerks and 3 customers. One already left due to waiting . NO excuse and will now have to start all over to cancel my deceased mom's phone. Maybe the president nad ceo should have to wait like regular customers.

    I had a terrible experience with Verizon. I was ready to sign up for their full service plan, but the representative made me feel like they wanted me to leave the entire time. I’ve called over 30 times, only to be constantly redirected without answers. When I went into the store for help, they told me to call customer service instead and refused to assist me directly. Honestly, stick with T-Mobile—Verizon’s service has been nothing but a disappointment.

    I just bought a new phone and paid for activation and set up. Part of this was having them transfer my contacts to the new phone. The employees their were unable to do this and after an hour told me to try it myself. So, I had to pay to have my time wasted for them to do nothing.
