Picked out an orange iPhone and she proceeded to tell us how much she disliked the orange iPhone. We paid to have the phone activated by Verizon and she couldn’t do it. A waste of time. Avoid this location!

We were there for around 2 hours and her friendly and helpful attitude turned a frustrating situation with switching services from AT&T a really enjoyable experience! 10 and a half stars!! What he was saying did not align with what was on the app. When I would bring something up, the guy would say “oh… you’re actually right.” This happened multiple times. He was not trying to sell me anything and was extremely unhelpful. If you need something, I would not go to this location.
