- YHY HDec 29, 20251.0I've been a Verizon customer for 15 years, and I've never encountered a store where I wasn't immediately greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. There were only two employees, both with other customers, and neither of them even acknowledged us. We waited at least 15 minutes before deciding to go to Walmart and come back. Twenty minutes later, they were still helping the same customers, and another person was waiting. Again, they didn't say anything to us, so we left. I wasn't going to wait around for such terrible service; they have absolutely no customer service skills or manners.
