Finally got someone from india (not sure why there's no possible way to call the store) and was told I they service them and to bring it in for a free check and quote. She wouldn't allow me to make an appointment, insisting I could just do a walk-in. I stood in line for over 45 minutes. 3 people showed up after me and all 3 were helped before me. 2 of them had an appointment, 1 didn't and was helped before me anyways because I had been there so long the guy assumed I was just there with the woman in front of me. After all of this, I'm told they don't service UPSs. Absolute waste of two hours of my life that could have been avoided if they just let you call the store directly, but for some reason this company has decided to treat their phone system like you're calling fort knox.

I drove to Best Buy frustrated after my order, which was supposed to be delivered today, was suddenly canceled because of a “system glitch” (according to the 800 number). I’ll admit—I walked up to Tiara with an attitude. Within moments, she had calmed me down and immediately started troubleshooting the issue. After nearly 40 minutes—mostly due to delays from an off-site department—Tiara personally stepped in, tracked down the right people, and got my order delivered the same day. While waiting, I watched her handle other customer issues with ease and professionalism. This kind of leadership and dedication to customer service is rare these days. Best Buy is lucky to have someone like Tiara representing their brand. She absolutely deserves recognition.
