I made an appointment and the iPhone was diagnosed needing a new battery as I had stated on the information for the appointment. They did not have the battery so had to wait 3 days. Tried to call but impossible to speak to anyone a the store. Dropped the phone off and when they called I asked when and they said as early as possible so I did and the repair person was not there so told it would take 3 hours from the time they came in to work which was an hour and half from that time. Went to pick it up and they could not fix it for some reason. Very bad experience and will keep me away from best buy in the future. Need to work on customer service and phone calls.
