Its always clean and is a calm environment with music playing and usually not very busy. There are always employees around to help and the display tech is set up nicely. Usually an employee will find you within 5 minutes of being in the store, sometimes 1 or 2 minutes, and ask if you need help with anything. Definitely recommend for a good selection and friendly service!

Attempted to get the charge removed by calling the store but apparently it was someone from overseas on the other end. Got the runaround to 4 different people and Noone was able to process a refund. I live 30 minutes from BestBuy and is where I'll have to go to get a simple refund done back to their card.

They have a terrible return policy. I am trying to let them know that it has not worked from day one and they won’t let me return it or exchange it. Because it was over one week of the exchange policy I bought it on Black Friday but did not get to open it until January 1 while I was on vacation I was out of the country and didn’t make it on time. All I’m asking is for them to exchange it and sell me a watch that works!
