I checked in and waited nearly half an hour, only to be told by an employee that this location does not accept Fios equipment returns even though the Verizon website states that they do. I arrived around 7:00 PM, so there was still about an hour before closing. This was frustrating and a waste of time, and it felt like the employee simply did not want to process the return.

Took other one back. Wali was incredibly helpful and didn’t pressure me but got me an incredible deal that saved me quite a bit of money. Walked me through all follow up steps with Verizon customer service billing I needed to do as well. Will definitely go back there.

I was very candid with him and told him that a lot of Verizon reviews report that customers leave not fully understanding what they have signed up for and end up with a higher monthly bill than expected. I did not want that to happen to me and wanted full transparency with what I was getting. I got an upgraded phone (discounted) and a newer plan with better service than I currently had for less money. Wali answered all of my questions with clarity and gave me printouts of my new plan benefits and the cost of the upgraded plan for each phone line. I ended up saving $24/month. I am very appreciative for the wonderful customer service that I received from Wali and would highly recommend asking for him when visiting this Verizon location.
