    Walked in to get a new watch activated I purchased elsewhere and walked out with an incredible deal of a new phone from trade in and a free brand new watch. Took other one back. Wali was incredibly helpful and didn’t pressure me but got me an incredible deal that saved me quite a bit of money. Walked me through all follow up steps with Verizon customer service billing I needed to do as well. Will definitely go back there.

    Wali assisted me with upgrading my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 17. Wali is most professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. I was very candid with him and told him that a lot of Verizon reviews report that customers leave not fully understanding what they have signed up for and end up with a higher monthly bill than expected. I did not want that to happen to me and wanted full transparency with what I was getting. I got an upgraded phone (discounted) and a newer plan with better service than I currently had for less money. Wali answered all of my questions with clarity and gave me printouts of my new plan benefits and the cost of the upgraded plan for each phone line. I ended up saving $24/month. I am very appreciative for the wonderful customer service that I received from Wali and would highly recommend asking for him when visiting this Verizon location.

    My wife and I have been shopping around for a new mobile provider. Our previous provider was over pricing us and we wanted to lower our monthly bills. After going into several providers and being very dissatisfied with service and pricing, we decided to give the Lorton Verizon store a try. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Umer and Wali, they were very nice and listened to our concerns and wish list. After a quick glance at my account, they verified I was a Verizon internet customer and offered up an incredible plan, 4 free new iPhones for $25 a line. This saved me over $100 a month off my previous provider. I had another concern, that Verizon has never had a decent signal in my neighborhood, they gave me a cellular signal booster to hook up on my house that would solve that issue. Then, as we were finalizing everything, Wali was able to identify yet another discount that brought my billing even lower. I’m very glad I walked into the Lorton Verizon store and met Wali and Umer. They were great to work with and totally hooked me up. Thank you guys

    I'll share my candid experience here as a PSA for all future Verizon customers. DO NOT COME TO THIS CONTRACTED LOCATION! On 11/29/2025, my wife and I went to this "Verizon" location due to its supposedly high average Google rating and also the promise of Verizon "promotion." The sale rep (Wali T) that assisted us also promised new upgrades on 2 of our iphones, with the inclusion of a free Apple Watch, a free iPad and all we had to do was add another line to the account to receive the "Family" discount which will not adjust our bill. All we had to do is to pay the taxes on the new devices and trade in one of our old phone to them. He swore to me that I will not see a increase on my monthly bill, due to the new "Family" plan discount of 4 lines instead of 3. Since we had another event to attend to, I signed with him. Luckily he was out of iPads at that moment, but I didn't needed another device around the house that I wasn't going to use, also fearing this deal is getting too good to be true. About a week later, I got an estimate monthly bill from Verizon saying that my bill is expected to increase by $450 due the new inclusion of MULTIPLE lines on my account, which also included lovely new activation fees on every line. They even charged me for lines that we didn't have a device associated with! I had to call into Verizon later to get everything adjusted back to whatever it was before (which took another several hours of my life and patience). Looking back, I'm starting to question everything. Why did I "needed" trade in my old phone with them? What if I took the free iPad from them, what other extra fees I would've seen on my bill. The official Verizon rep offered this simple explanation: it's the holiday time and predatory subcontractors want to make their end of the month/quarter quota so that they'll use whatever false promise to upsale and get their numbers up, hoping that you won't notice. Even if the customer did notice, they'll have to deal with Verizon and the matter would've been out of these subcontractors hand. I've already reported the practices of this location to Verizon, and I hope they get their distributor licenses taken away, but who knows, maybe Verizon endorses these kind of predatory behavior. If you look at most of the reviews in the last several months, you'll see that I'm not the only one who walked away with multiple unwanted lines. I imagine it'll take awhile for their average rating to go down. TDLR, do not get lured into this shady store.

    This issue requires corporate and compliance review. I visited this Verizon third-party store to activate one iPhone line and one iPad line. After I left the store, I later discovered that multiple additional phone lines were added to my account without my authorization by an employee named Wali Tahir. I was never shown or asked to review any documents, and later found paperwork on my account containing a signature that is not mine. I did not consent to these activations, and they appear to have been completed after my visit ended. I escalated the issue and spoke with the regional director, who suggested the unauthorized lines and forged signature may have been caused by “computer errors.” That explanation is unacceptable given the seriousness of what occurred. Verizon corporate reviewed the matter, voided the unauthorized lines, corrected my plan, waived activation fees, and issued credits, confirming the issue was valid. I also filed a police report for fraud and forged signature. This represents a serious breach of trust and should be reviewed at a corporate and compliance level. Customers should carefully review their accounts immediately after any visit to this location.
