Would give zero stars if that was possible. We've had very frustrating experiences several times at this store. We have been Verizon customers for over 25 years and we feel like we deserve the account benefits and upgrade deals that anyone would get after paying off phones on a family plan, taking care of the phones, paying bills on time and so forth. The folks at this store just seem like they are trying to make an extra buck off of us and it leaves a bad taste. We recently walked in and ordered a new phone based on an upgrade deal we had received through the Verizon app and on our account. We got the details and believed it was all set and we would get that benefit through this store. It wasn't anything different than anyone would get who has paid off a nice phone and kept it for 3 years. When the phone arrived and we returned to pick it up, all of a sudden everything had changed and the people at the store gave us a completely different story than we got from them a week prior and demanded about twice the money that Verizon said we would owe. Then they wanted to take control of the old phone, start a transfer and charge us for that (which is totally unnecessary). We called a real Verizon agent from the store and after wasting nearly an hour of our time we eventually got the deal we were promised by Verizon and promised by people at this store the week before, the standard upgrade deal we were entitled to based on our account history, nothing more. We don't want special treatment, we just expect fair treatment from a company we have given lots of hard-earned money to over many years. We will certainly never patronize this store again and we are seriously considering changing phone carriers. My advice: just use your Verizon app or call them directly for any account needs.

Excellent Verizon store!! Every time I come to this store I receive top notch customer service and they always go above and beyond Josh is always so polite and makes sure everyone is being taken care of to the best of their ability, Brogan who I met on this most recent trip was so kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this location especially to those in need of good customer service!!
