    I had a very bad experience at this Verizon store. The woman who assisted me was rude from the moment I walked in. She did not greet me, did not offer help, and kept giving me uncomfortable looks. When she heard me speaking Spanish, her attitude got worse. She told me in a rude tone that I needed a U.S. passport, which is not correct. When I handed her my phone to check my Social Security information, she returned it by slamming it on the counter instead of handing it back respectfully. She was also distracted on her tablet while I was talking. I truly felt the poor treatment was because I speak Spanish. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of language.

    I needed help setting up my new phone and Verizon customer service was giving me a tough time. Luckily, I went to Verizon in Leesburg Village and Antoine (the manager) helped me out in minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing guy who takes pride in his work. My family and I are extremely grateful for his help and will surely return.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at this Verizon location today. I called ahead of time and spoke with the manager, Antquan, and from the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Antquan was already waiting for me, greeted me personally, and made me feel immediately welcomed. My wait time was no more than three minutes before I was introduced to Lesley, who assisted me with my purchase. I originally came in to buy just one item and ended up purchasing two, simply because the entire process was so prompt, smooth, and professional. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 years, and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. Even though I live in Ashburn, I will absolutely make this my go-to location from now on. A sincere thank you to Antquan and Lesley for outstanding service. Wishing you both a happy holiday season and continued success. You truly set the bar high! A very satisfied customer

    Helpful, but unfriendly. Picking up a new phone from a “locker” (yay minimizing interactions with employees), but broken phone wouldn’t get a text message so a manager had to help me. Was frustrated she had to stop and assist. Just straight rude when speaking with her. No name, couldn’t be bothered to introduce herself. Avoid the stores, it’s a trap for upselling and rudeness!

    I was there to activate my phone and as soon as the team found out that I’m not giving them a sale, they told me to call customer service, which I had already called multiple times and was directed to visit the store. The store employee said she has a technical issue and cannot access my account, whereas they had no issues accessing other people’s accounts who were there to purchase something. I was helpless and insisted to call customer service and the store manager, Antquan, was not happy about it and didn't want to help. I was there for over an hour trying to get a simple issue resolved. I’ve NEVER had such a bad experience with Verizon, especially with a store manager. Does Verizon only care about sales now? What happened to customer service?
