This review is for Verizon Wireless as a whole. I was a Verizon wireless customer for 17 years. Verizon became very expensive and the customer service went downhill. They have made my transition from Verizon to T-Mobile extremely difficult. First, they immediately suspend your account login and you cannot view the final bill. They let you know you have a final bill and when you go to see the final bill you have to have the actual account number. I had to call and get the account number. I entered the account number in the link they provided along with the zip code. All it would allow me to do is pay the bill, not view it. So now, I have to go to the Verizon store to have them print my final bill because Verizon in its infinite wisdom will not allow you to view your bill. They also blocked access to my iPad which was working. I called T-Mobile to ask why it wasn't accessing the mobile network and they stated that Verizon has blocked my IMEI and I cannot access their networks either because of it. I had to call and I have now been on the hold or with customer service for more than 45 minutes. I can't tell you how excited I am to divorce myself from Verizon Wireless. Due to these issues, I will also be looking for alternatives to FiOS TV and internet which I also have. I used to be a big Verizon supporter, but Verizon proved to me that all I am to them was a number and not a valuable 17 year customer. Due to this experience I doubt I will ever be back and I will be trying to untie myself from TV and Internet as well. Verizon, do better!

My mother and I visited this Verizon location twice regarding a phone upgrade tied to a Verizon promotion that we were clearly able to process through Best Buy. Best Buy honored the Verizon deal without issue and instructed us to return the old device to an official Verizon store to receive the trade-in credit.
When we came here, staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to explain the process. Instead of offering guidance or clarifying next steps, we were told “we don’t do this” and “they get better deals than us” with no solution provided. There was no attempt to educate us, no alternative offered, and no basic customer support.
If there are limitations between authorized retailers and corporate stores, that’s fine — but customers deserve a clear explanation and direction, not attitude.
Very disappointing experience.

I had a very bad experience at this Verizon store. The woman who assisted me was rude from the moment I walked in. She did not greet me, did not offer help, and kept giving me uncomfortable looks.
When she heard me speaking Spanish, her attitude got worse. She told me in a rude tone that I needed a U.S. passport, which is not correct. When I handed her my phone to check my Social Security information, she returned it by slamming it on the counter instead of handing it back respectfully.
She was also distracted on her tablet while I was talking. I truly felt the poor treatment was because I speak Spanish. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of language.

I had an amazing experience at this Verizon location today. I called ahead of time and spoke with the manager, Antquan, and from the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Antquan was already waiting for me, greeted me personally, and made me feel immediately welcomed.
My wait time was no more than three minutes before I was introduced to Lesley, who assisted me with my purchase. I originally came in to buy just one item and ended up purchasing two, simply because the entire process was so prompt, smooth, and professional.
I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 years, and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. Even though I live in Ashburn, I will absolutely make this my go-to location from now on.
A sincere thank you to Antquan and Lesley for outstanding service. Wishing you both a happy holiday season and continued success. You truly set the bar high!
