I was helpless and insisted to call customer service and the store manager, Antquan, was not happy about it and didn't want to help. I was there for over an hour trying to get a simple issue resolved. I’ve NEVER had such a bad experience with Verizon, especially with a store manager. Does Verizon only care about sales now? What happened to customer service?
