- SCSusan and Robert ColwellApr 3, 20241.0I've had two recent experiences with this Geek Squad location, and both have been disappointing. On both occasions I made an advance reservation for an iPhone battery replacement, and I'd seen the reservation confirmed in e-mails. On the first occasion Geek Squad called a few hours before the appointment and told they did not have battery for my phone. This was unfortunate, as I'd scheduled my day to accommodate that appointment. Nevertheless, I made a new reservation for a battery the following week...but when I arrived at the Geek Squad desk for the next appointment they told me they again lacked the battery for my phone, having "sold their last one yesterday." So on two separate occasions my reservations were met with a complete lack of service. I will only take my iPhone issues to Apple Genius bars in the future.
