  First, a disclaimer: I communicated with the Geek Squad by phone, and I cannot be 100% positive that this review is for this location. I ordered a washer from Best Buy, with the delivery and installation by the Geek Squad. The washer arrived dented, and they told me that they will take it back and that I need to call to reschedule. I called, and I was told that I cannot reschedule until the damaged washer gets back to the warehouse. But why? This does not make any sense! Anyway, the washer did not get back to the warehouse for two days, then it was July 4th, and when I called them on July 5th, it was "oops, we are out of stock for that model". Ok, I buy another washer and schedule another installation for July 10th. They are supposed to call me when they are on their way. On that day I had to be elsewhere, but I was close enough to come quickly to the house. My calls to the delivery people went unanswered. They never called me, "attempted the delivery", and went back. I canceled orders for both washers and ordered one from a competitor.

  Incompetent. My pc had a graphic card issue, after two days in the store they returned my pc with half my data erased

  Took my iPhone 12 here, left it with them for three hours. They then called me back and said they wouldn’t work on my phone because it was too far damaged. I took it to ubreakifix. They were able to fix it in 20 minutes for cheaper.
