I was having an issue with my Samsung A15. I was trying to turn the phone off and "AI" kept popping up not allowing me to turn off or restart it.
The young gentleman greeter at the front door asked if he could direct me and I mentioned my problem and and a guy from geek squad solved my problem in 30 SECONDS! WHOO HOO!

This location has consistently poor service and seems mismanaged. There is so mnay team members walking around but only 3 out of the 7 we saw attended to customers. I dont see how its still running with such poor service and location and the employees done seem like they want to be there or help anyone

In Nov 2023 the general manager Marianna called the police on me over something I genuinely thought was harmless and not illegal. She told the police the e-waste items I took were worth over $3,000, which in my opinion was more than four times their actual market value, even assuming they were fully functional. Because of that valuation, the police determined the incident as grand larceny, a felony charge — something that could have permanently damaged my reputation and career. As someone with autism, I felt the situation could have been handled far more respectfully, such as issuing a trespass.
