Christian assisted me with all my questions about options and also allowed me time to decide which option to choose. He patiently activated my entire family’s phones and transferred our data for us from phone to phone. Christian helped us work to keep our numbers and move them from our previous carrier. He and his manager worked to get us the best deal, apply any discounts available and select the best package for our family’s needs. Christian was absolutely delightful and professional. His customer service makes you feel that you are valued and appreciated even while working for a larger company, he gives the experience a boutique or small business feel.

He was so well versed on the options and explained in clear detail all options and those in comparison to our current plan, devices and overall needs making what could have been overwhelming decisions ultimately confident decisions to upgrade all phones rather than just 1. My family had one phone that we were considering upgrading but after working with Christian on the available options to upgrade that phone, it was clear that it was advantageous to upgrade all. Thanks to Christian, who is a consummate professional who values and delivers customer service excellence and who serves as an exemplary Verizon representative.
