  My wife and I came in to the store sat down and started to switch from T-Mobile and get 2- new IPhone 17 pro max. Did a lot of paper work we were told phones should be ordered and would get a call when they come in. A few days later I get the call to come pick up both phones. Asked the question what if the service does not work on our rural property in near Tappahannock va can we bring back phones and go back to T-Mobile he said yes with in 30 days but a restocking fee would be $50 per phone. I was amazed at his response I said if your service does not work where we need it to we will get penalized for their poor reception. He said yes. He asked if we were coming in that evening. My wife was working and I did not know if I could get her phone from her in time to make it that same evening. I told him if he seen me I would make it. If he did not I would not be in that evening. I did not make it. So my wife called the next morning and spoke to the store manager and confirmed an appointment on Monday to bring both phones and pick up new ones and complete the sale and new subscribers. I get to the store and the the guy that started our sale told me he sold our phones to someone else . I asked to have him call manager to verify that he talked to wife and confirmed our appointment. He went into the back office and never came back out. I left We never got a call from the manager or any explanation or apology. Very poor communication And lack of business skills. If I could have given zero stars I would have. But had to give one to start my review. The store in Laplata at 9 shining willow way took care of us within an hour we were getting our new phones and new to version service. They were very professional and courteous . They had the phones in stock. No B. S. At this store. Ask for JORGE. He was great.

  Great phone deals. Better rates than Sprint or Tmobil. Super coverage. 10 out of 10.. the employees are very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs and accessories that they offer. Great place to shop for new phones.
