When I walked in the store, Nya didn't say anything to me and kept talking to the lady she was servicing. I totally understand to keep speaking; however, an acknowledgement would've been respectful. She eventually asked me "what I came in for?" In which I informed her what my issue was. Instead of saying, once I'm finished with this lady I'll be with you, she brushed me off saying she couldn't help me with my issue. I went to another store and was served with no problem. A tale of two different stores and customers service representatives.
