- BBBerley BSep 25, 20255.0Dr. Thigpen has been caring for my puppy, Topaz, since he was just 5 lbs. Now at 15 months old and 91 lbs, she’s still the one I trust most with his care. She’s kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my million and one questions. What I love most is how gentle and attentive she is with him- Topaz actually loves his visits (maybe a little too much, lol). It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and their families. The whole team at VCA Herndon-Reston is wonderful, too- they spot Topaz from the parking lot and line up to give him pets. I really appreciate that, especially since he’s a big American Bully and people often shy away when they see him. Dr. Thigpen has made the journey from tiny puppy to bigger, healthy, happy dog (puppy lol) such a positive experience. Highly recommend!!!
- DBDebbie BloodJul 15, 20255.0Today was my first experience with VCA Animal Hospital and what a pleasant surprise. From the reception desk to Dr. Thigpen it was amazing. I was greeted so nicely and offered beverages and snacks while I waited. Once taken back to an exceptionally clean exam room, Milo my cat was treated so gently by Dr. Thigpen. She was thorough and kind. Milo received a microchip and it was done so quickly he didn’t even feel it. In conclusion I was extremely impressed by the whole place.
