You can have really great staff experience or an absolute nightmare with the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Best thing is to do everything online or over the phone. If you have to go in there I hope you get lucky.

I was having a good experience in the store this evening until one of the managers came over and reprimanded the associate that was assisting me. From a managers point of view the manager should have waited to speak with the associate when he was finished with his customer instead of making the associate feel guilty for helping a customer and making the customer feel guilty for the associate getting in trouble. That manager should go back to training to learn how to be an appropriate manager. I asked the associate for the name of the manager and he wouldn't give it to me because I told him that I was going to write this review on the manager's behavior. Im sorry for getting the associate to help me but he was doing his job helping a customer. The manager should have did his job and offered to take over if there was such a problem. I guess that's the difference between a good manager and someone that just took the title to stand around a collect a paycheck for nothing.
