I had an outstanding experience at this store. My husband set his phone back to factory settings, forgot his Google log in and we had a major situation on our hands . Dakota was very calming and good with us. He showed us our phone was under warranty and that took care of one of the problems. After the phone came he was really good about getting us up and running and gave a lot of extra suggestions. From the gentleman that met us at the door to the other representatives it was a great experience. Emmanuel offered information about their internet services and didn't get pushy or anything. We usually go to another Verizon store in the area, but from now on this is our first choice.

Phone went down and theres no way to fix it online, you either have to chat with a bot or go to the store and nobody in this day and age wants to deal with a phone salesman.

You can have really great staff experience or an absolute nightmare with the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Best thing is to do everything online or over the phone. If you have to go in there I hope you get lucky.
