  The manager was amazing! Made switching so easy, even put on my tempered glass. The cell service works amazing as well 10/10 recommend this store and Cricket!

  My husband and I went on New Year's Eve 2025 and Edwin greeted us as soon as they opened up at 11 am and made us feel so welcomed! He helped us with our needs of getting new phones since our old phones were too expensive to keep paying. We highly recommend Edwin. He's so cool and very open and he acts like he's known you forever. Thank you Edwin🖤

  Me and my wife went yesterday. I called 5 minutes before closing time on Tuesday and Edwin and answered and was very polite and answered all my questions. When we went yesterday he was very polite and professional and helped with everything we needed and getting the phones we were interested in and answered all the questions we had. Overall I would recommend this store I would especially recommend Edwin. 10/10. We will definitely be back to see him if we ever need anything else
