  The worst customer service. On Saturday the 25th at 11:30 AM, I went in to buy some electronics. I asked a very young guy with reddish hair if he could help me, and his only response was: "Sorry, I'm busy." I waited a few minutes, and then I saw him right in front of me again, doing nothing; as soon as he spotted me, he walked off to chat with a coworker, fully aware that I was still waiting for assistance. I walked toward the exit, yet not even the employee stationed at the front entrance offered me any help. I looked back at the redhead; this time he was on his cell phone—doing who knows what—laughing loudly while staring at the screen. I do not recommend this store to anyone, and please—whatever you do—never ask the redhead guy for help.

  I bought an Insignia mini fridge in-store and after unboxing it at home, I found it had nine scratches on the top. I called customer support, and while they were courteous, the only option offered was an in-store exchange. Since the store is an hour away and there is no guarantee the replacement will not have the same issue, I am now stuck with a scratched mini fridge. Very disappointing experience, especially for a brand-new product.

  Compré el samsung S25 ULTRA (OPEN BOX) , Necesito configurar el teléfono, pero no he podido debido a que viene con información interna, números de teléfono, restricciones, etcétera. Estoy decepcionado 😞 Best Buy👎
