They were very good in explaining the updates and were patient as it took a bit for our phones to transfer. We enjoyed hanging out with them while we waited. We had visited a different Verizon retailer previously and left due to a poor experience. Highly recommend the Westlake Verizon location’s team, hands down they are the best!

Called to inquire about a special offer that was available to current customers, and he gave me all the details needed, so I made a visit to the store to get things started,during my visit he covered all the aspects regarding the phone and its features plus any associated costs for the purchase, he contacted me when the phone arrived at the store and I returned for the pickup and he took care of all the transfer of data to the new phone and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase! After one employee told me my phone would only be good for a paperweight, I went back a few days later and explained to Caiden my situation. He worked on my phone for what seemed like 30-40 minutes and was able to restore everything on my phone. My mother had passed away a few months ago and I had taken photos of her last days on earth. I call Caiden, (please see photo of his signature below), my hero for restoring my phone with those precious photos on it. This young guy made this 73 year old man very happy.
