Now the deal he told u he would give u for this phone I told him none .then looked into my account and continued to say he couldn't help me to go back to same store who told me would take the trade and good luck because he dont think any store would do the trade .I will not be back. Poor attitude didn't see. Like he wanted to be there or help me out .

She is the best and I would recommend everyone to see her if you want the best help!!!
- JBJustin BangelMay 30, 20251.0Had a issue with a trade in at this store was told they lost my trade in from a year prior the store rep Carson texted me saying they were investigating and would keep me updated I never heard another thing about the investigation it took me a month of frustration and no help only to speak with the customer care division and they helped find the trade in and apply the 800 dollar credit towards the financed device anyone opening an account or trading in should get information so that you don't get screwed by this store such as the trade in IMEI number
- GGGeorge GormanMar 30, 20175.0Went to the store to upgrade and purchase 3 - I Phone SE's. It was in the evening. We were waited on by Crymzn ("Crimson" - said her parents were hippies) Swann. She was outstanding! Wonderful customer service skills. She was patient and friendly, very pleasant, a real asset to Verizon. She had to take additional steps to facilitate transferring data, because of our deficiencies, but she never got upset and was very thorough. She never made us feel inferior because of our lack of technological skills. I would recommend Crymzn and your store at Zion Crossroads to anyone.
