- AMAngie MNov 29, 20251.0Spent forever getting new phones picked up. Their fine print is misleading. My Hulu/Disney bundle was "active", but can't sign into the accounts. Was on the Verizon chat with customer service for over an hour last night to get it straightened out and they lost connection or just stopped replying, and didn't reach back out. Was on the chat for over an hour this morning trying to fix again and when I logged into the Verizon sight in the background it cut off the chat and said there was a 20 min wait time for a new rep. So I called and was on the phone for about 1.5 hrs when the call was dropped on their end and got a text message that said the call was dropped and they would reach back out. That was about an hour ago and they have not reached out and still can not log into Hulu or Disney. We have even spoke to the Disney reps and they said maybe Verizon should take the bundle off and add it again, but Verizon has done nothing. Very unhelpful. I am very disappointed. *Update: we were not going to get a third line, but the manager talked us into it by LYING and saying if you bring your own device, the 3rd line would be free. So don't trust these people. Super shady business practices. As soon as I can, I will be switching to another carrier.

I went as soon as they opened, and was helped by both Kris and Amara, the manager. Kris is apparently new, although I would've never guessed because he was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! Both he and Amara were very accommodating and helpful and worked with me to get the best deal on the phone I wanted. They took their time and never made me feel rushed, even when a line started to build up. They were both professional and efficient and I was thrilled with the assistance that they provided. I will definitely be visiting this location again for any future Verizon needs.
