Rarely make theses types of reviews as I feel like a "Karen" for doing it but spent a solid 30 minutes trying to find help.
Came in to buy a oura size kit and my friend wanted to buy a new tv. One with an orange cap on was literally flirting with a customer even when the same customer pointed out.
Another made eye contact with me and then proceeded to hold his phone up as if taking a call only to put it back down when he thought I couldn’t see him.
When my friended wanted to look at a open-box TV the guy working the front desk acted like it was his first day on Earth and didn’t know what to do.
Not trying to gain anything out of this just disappointed

I had purchased a TV and utilized their Geek Squad services to have it mounted. They called me the evening before the installation to tell me that they couldn't find a local vendor who had the skills to mount a "very large TV", so they rescheduled the service for another week (already been waiting for a month). There's still no definite confirmation that they have a technician who can install it.
