I had a great experience at Best Buy on 11200 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and checkout was quick and smooth.
Overall, this location offers excellent customer service and a solid shopping experience. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back again.

Wonderful that I can stop in and ask questions about the different Quality of products. Broke the cord to something and do I need a $20 cord to replace or will a $14 do the same thing. What is the real difference between this cord dnd that cord. Sometimes brand makes a difference and sometimes the price makes s difference. Cheaper and if I break it again I still say it is the Teenager's fault 🤦🏼♀️
Kids just have a hard time remembering to put stuff out of the way of walking.
Now I can break it twice.

Complete joke. The number they have listed doesnt connect to their store, good luck getting customer service. If you buy a laptop, dont expect it to come with a charger.

Staff did not want to help. More focus on the chatt going on with other staff. No interest on helping what so ever.

“Best Buy Short Pump: The Unsung Heroes of My Insta360 X5 Sanity”
Shoutout to the absolute legends at Best Buy Short Pump, who rescued me from the technological meltdown of the century. I walked in with my Insta360 X5… which, let’s be honest, is basically a futuristic orb that demands very specific memory cards or it refuses to cooperate like a diva without its morning latte.
I was standing there holding my camera, Googling things like “Why does my Insta360 hate me?” when a blue-shirt hero appeared—probably drawn in by the look of desperation on my face. Within seconds they diagnosed the issue:
“Sir… you need the right memory card.”
Ah yes. The card that Insta360 engineers apparently forged in Mount Doom.
Not only did they point me to the exact SD card I needed, they double-checked speed, compatibility, and even whether my camera would throw a tantrum about it (spoiler: it didn’t).
I walked out feeling like I had just completed a side quest in a video game with +10 Intelligence and +1 Memory Card That Actually Works.
Thanks to Best Buy Short Pump, my footage is smooth, my camera is happy, and I no longer scream into the void while editing.
Would trust them with all future tech emergencies.
And possibly my life.
