That said, my experience at this location was still really disappointing. My online pickup curbside check in would not work because the app kept saying the store was closed even though the store was open. The pickup area and walkways were also extremely icy and felt unsafe. When I went inside for help, the customer service was rude and dismissive instead of solution focused. I can be patient with weather related disruptions, but basic communication and professionalism still matter. I will not be returning to this location.
