    If i could go lower than one ✰ I truly would!! I bought a camera for online pick up - paid extra for a speedy service and a promise for it to be ready by the weekend (4 days) as it said it was in stock at my local best buy I figured it shouldn’t be too big of an order to manage. I was severely mistaken. Not only was my order never fulfilled at this location, I could never get any help from any on site employees, online customer service, or the ridiculous phone number they have. On a phone call I was even told to just assume it’ll be a day late and just wait or waste gas to go elsewhere. Truly astonished. The issue? They had the camera arriving from the short pump location and had no clue when they will go into the back of the store to bring it up for me to pick up. Literally that was the issue- no employees were willing to go into the back and see if the camera arrived. When I asked for a number or contact to speak to management they said they will pass on my message and I will get a response back. It has been months and I have yet to hear from anyone. Best buy made an enemy out of me for no reason. Now I will not stop till the entire business goes under. You have a countdown started now.

    This Best Buy has major inventory issues to the point where the manager at this store on 01/06 accused me of stealing an item I purchased. They threatened they know where I live. On 12/28 I had an item shipped to this store for pickup because it wasn’t available. On 12/30 it was shipped. Today I went to go pick it up and they tell me there’s no pickup order. My receipt and order number say it was shipped to this Best Buy. I find a single item of what I ordered on the shelf and show the manager. He says that item has been in the store since October and isn’t what I ordered. I remind him the item was out of stock on 12/28 how could they have had it in inventory since October? I took the item and just left. It had been over half an hour at this point, I paid for it. I have the receipts, I have the bank statement. The manager accused me of stealing, threatened me that he has my address, and threatened me that he’s going to send police to my house. Absolutely unhinged behavior for a manager, accusing me of stealing when they opened a package with my name on it, and stocked their shelves with it to sell. He made a mistake and tried to put the blame on me when their inventory system is full of fraud or incompetence.

    Horrible experience in customer service, Best Buy has gone down Hill and I will never purchase anything from them in the future. I ordered a Christmas present for my wife that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I got the confirmation email and reminders that the package is supposed to be delivered for a certain period and I made sure I was home and available all day during that timeframe. That evening, my package has never arrived And I called the delivery company. They said that the package never made it to the store there for the truck pick it up. No one from Best Buy let me know that the package never made it to the store and therefore Never made it on the delivery truck. I then had to call and reschedule, And the next slot was 10 days later. The second delivery I got a timeframe Window. And they said they would arrive at 11 AM. The truck did not arrive until Two hours later. The Box was damaged On the end, In which the delivery guys took a picture of, But said they could not open the box that I had to open it and put it together, which is understandable From their end. After I got all the pieces out of the box, I was able to see that the case of the treadmill was broken, visibly and multiple connectors holding the plastic panel were broken. I called Customer Service and they said they could credit me $22, Which isn’t much considering I paid for a new product it costs me over $500. They said if I felt like I deserve more money for the damage I can call the store directly. They gave me the number directly to this store and come to find out the store does not take calls directly anymore. You then get routed back to the call center and then they said they could leave a message for Someone to call me back. It’s been two days and nobody from the store called me back. I then called Customer Service again and they said that they could leave a message, but it was likely no one Would call me back. They then said They could transfer me to the store’s voicemail, But each time this happened, I immediately was disconnected. So now after all this back-and-forth, I’m gonna have to physically go in person to the store because they refuse To call me back. It is so sad that Best Buy has gone downhill like this. Used to be one of my favorite stores and used to have top-notch service.

    Poor experience overall. The service department lacks technical expertise, and the store manager was uncooperative and unprofessional when I tried to resolve a clear product mismatch issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to deflect blame and cover service errors. Very disappointing customer service.

    I gotta say. One employee made this such an enjoyable experience. I was annoying. I will admit. So many questions. I might have been the last customer in the store tonight. However, Marcelino went above and beyond with his kindness, patience and product knowledge. I can’t stress enough how many answers we gave so that I can make the best choice possible on a computer before deals end. I think he let me stay asking questions until someone in his ear piece made me leave. It wasn’t just informative, it was pleasant. I felt like I was talking to a feelloq enthusiast who knew certain gaps in my knowledge. He is truly an asset to the Best Buy team. He deserves a Christmas bonus, or. I dunno, lunch or something. He’s really great.
