I was denied pickup because I didn’t have a physical gov photo ID. I guess I could have gone through the trouble of falsifying all these documents so I could get some free goodies in the flesh and on camera - seems logical. They certainly get five stars for employee buy in on protecting inventory. While I understand store policy is clear, I think a little common sense and discretion would go further in helping their declining brick and mortar model vs. turning away a legitimate customer. Inventory protected; customer relationship and future business, not so much.
