    I was directed to this location from Fairfax for inventory purposes. They did not honor a promotion listed on their site and the recommendation was to drive back and forth between locations. The supervisor Ronato offered no other solutions except to commute an hour. Poorly trained leadership, and it's apparent they are not in the business of finding solutions, instead they focus on aggressively selling protection plans and unnecessary products.

    Go to for when you want to buy something and have it in your hands and not wait for it to be delivered. Customer service was helpful, alil slow BUT the gentleman that helped went WAY out of his way to help me and that means ALOT !!!!!

    Appliance purchase nightmare!!! Appliance (double oven), purchased two weeks ago, sent to the wrong address, 200 miles away from a different store. Spent four hours of my day on the phone with International customer service people who lied to me on at least four occasions. The manager at the store told me that I could not reschedule until the first unit was returned to a store. I verified with the installer that it had been returned to the store. When talking to customer service, they said they could not verify it because it was marked "in transit". Customer service supervisor lied to me when she said that she would contact the store and verify, and call me back in two hours to schedule my installation. Three hours later, no phone call. Called customer service back, and requested to talk to a manager. She said the call was escalated and I was next in line for the manager. One hour and six minutes later, I finally hung up out of sheer frustration. I called back customer service and was told to go to a store if I wanted to talk to a manager. With nine days before Christmas, I have no oven and no schedule for my oven install. Day 2 of nightmare. Dear owner let's resolve the issues today at the store not thru ai bots. When can we meet in person?

    I purchased an appliance on December 1st. It was extremely important to me to get the delivery date, and I was assured multiple times that it would be delivered by December 16th. After taking my money, Best Buy sent me an email saying I wouldn’t get it until mid-January. I canceled the order the same day and was told my refund would be returned within 7 days. It’s now day 12, and they still have my money. You can’t talk to anyone in the store at all. Their customer service has been a nightmare. I just sit on hold forever, and when someone finally responds, it’s more empty promises. Best Buy used to be my go-to for appliances, but they will never get my money again.
