Got scammed by Verizon but what else is new? Employee took my phone to be traded in for credit towards a new one when I went in. I left thinking everything was taken care of, only now however I’m getting messages telling me I never sent it in and I have to pay for the credit I was suppose to get. Watch out for the employees here they really don’t care about your issues and have a lazy attitude.

We were there for 45 minutes and there were roughly 4 to 5 employees with only 3 helping people. 1 that was helping someone was on the phone with corporate on a speaker phone and they were talking about her having multiple accounts in collections. This should not have been put on speaker phone at all for the entire store to hear. Especially due to the fair credit actThere were 3 people ahead of us and 2 of those people actually got up and left because they had been there so long. Then 2 of the associates left. A couple who came in after us, and yes we are checked in, walked up to the lone associate that was helping someone in the main store area and asked for help. She said I'll be right with you. Meantime we never saw the other 2 associates that were previously helping people that were still in the back. We finally left and called the 800 # for assistance. Thankfully they were able to help. I have never seen this store that bad with customer service and have been going there since it opened. Very disappointed.

Poor cellular service and lack of response from Verizon tech support. Calls do not connect... they hang and do not reach the Verizon customer. Text messages arrive hours after transmission. Calls break-up and fade in and out. Advised Verizon of repeated problems with reaching their customer, but Verizon refused to check or fix the problem. For a company that charges the highest rate for cellular service, one would expect reported service problems to be taken seriously, in an effort to ensure their customers are receiving the full service for which they are paying.

So I went to Verizon to see what an upgrade would cost an to get my bill down also to get phones off my bill that I don't have .well the sales person said he could get my bill down an a cheaper monthly payment. Didn't get a receipt so was told my bill would be under 200 an he got me an my daughter alot of discounts . Well Didn't get anything I was told my bill was $380. Long way from the $ 140 i was told .told him I was on unemployment could not afford a high bill. At&t here i come . Cause verizon has been ripping me off for over a year cause my phone was stolen so I got another an had 30 days to return. Well my phone was turned in 2 days after so I returned the new one an got my phone back so im still paying for the phone I gave back i think the sales person kept the new phone an didn't return it to the store . So dissatisfied with verizon I've been with them over 3 years.
