We waited approximately 51 minutes with “two people ahead of us” no one ever acknowledged us — and they weren’t short-staffed. This is hilarious: a tall brown-skinned young male employee strolled-in, with a bag of steaming, hot take-out, and proceeds to chat-up a female customer and her mum (who was ALREADY being assisted by another female employee). After he goes to the back for about ten minutes; he comes directly back to his female friend, and continues his conversation while BOTH employees assist his female friend. We’d had enough at this point and left. The next day we went to Central Park and acquired a spanking new 17 pro max — because of this I stayed with AT&T. I’d much rather pay a few more quid for excellent customer service than give my monies to a place I’m unappreciated. 1/2 Star

They didn't tell us that it required a 3rd phone line nor did they have us sign a new agreement. Then when we removed the extra line that was set up without consent, they gave us a discount, some credits then apologized but after a month they then jumped the bill to over $600.00 saying that now we must pay for a FREE Ipad.

They also added protection plans for those phone lines which i never even got those phones. The man was in the back a long time when doing that. Claimed he saved me soo much money. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service to fix this which they’re opening an investigation. And they removed those lines and got my bill significantly cheaper. Beware of this location and make sure to check your account to make sure it’s not happening to you also.
