I get there maybe 10 min later and they’re telling me they are out of stock and have no idea why I was told they were in stock. They said I could order and pick it up from another Verizon almost 30 min away. So I drove over and the employees there are confused as to why they had me order from them because they could tell they were actually in stock at the previous Verizon. I was then told that they lied and said they were out of stock to save the phones for new lines only to make more money. Then later on I go back to this Verizon to turn in my old phone because they told me I had to go to that location. I get there and find out that at my previous visit they forgot to put my phone as a trade in. I had to leave and spend over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to get it fixed. So a lot of time and gas money wasted because of incompetent service. Honestly close to switching to a new provider, there’s always issues with Verizon.
