    I recently bought a phone holder from Verizon, and before purchasing it, I confirmed with the sales associate that I could return it if needed. However, when I went back to return it the following week, the manager told me that returns weren’t allowed. This was really disappointing because I made sure to ask about the return policy before buying. I expected more consistent information and better customer service from Verizon.

    I had a great experience there last week. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over twenty years. That was my best ever. I went in with a complicated issue. I’m elderly and have a difficult time. Two floor reps went the extra mile to not only solve the problem but find some ways for me to save money on my plan. I would like to make a BIG shout out to Paul Weldlin and Kelly Saravia for going above and beyond for me. Most places won’t take the time to sit with a customer to solve these difficult issues. They not only solved them, they were patient and friendly and I didn’t feel like a pain in the rear. I hope the corporate office sees this. I tried to reach them but they make it too difficult for me these days.

    If I could give no stars to this Verizon location I would. I’ve been with Verizon for over 18 years and I have never experienced customer service for Verizon that was this bad at this particular location. Employees sitting around joking, talking about customers and not even willing to help customers the way they are asking for help. Even the manager, didn’t want to advise what products they had in the store that was available and spoke with an attitude. The employees at this location just want to “add lines” to your account and hide fees to jack up your bill. I will NEVER go back to this location ever again for anything…

    Typical Verizon store. We tried to switch service from a broken phone to a phone we already own at home and it asked for a QR code to complete. After following prompts, it stated that we were required to go in store to complete the change. 5 stars for Jafar and his knowledge and efficiency. 0 stars for Reginald who wanted to be combative and argue that he was unable to change service over and then would in fact be able to do it, but would cost $29. 0 stars for the person with glasses and gauges who wanted to give excuses for not being able to access the account while being incredibly dismissive and condescending. 0 stars for the blonde woman with the Ellen Degeneres haircut that checked us in and when we mentioned (to each other, not her) that we didn’t see Jafar in she stated “no he’s not in today. I don’t know if he’s coming in today at all”. Less than a minute later while she is unable to figure out how to help us, Jafar in fact is helping a couple already and has clearly been there. I’m not sure the point of lying directly to our faces but it seems to be a requirement of working here- with the exception of Jafar. I hope this store puts time into training their employees instead of pushing the case load onto him and overworking him for being the only seemingly knowledgeable person here.
