I asked a question about extenders and received no response, guidance, or update. Effective communication is essential in customer service, and the lack of engagement was disappointing. I waited until Zaire finished assisting another customer, and he immediately took care of me. He was calm, kind, and knowledgeable, and he set a positive tone from the moment he greeted me. Zaire truly deserves recognition, whether through a bonus or a promotion, because his professionalism made a noticeable difference in my experience. How customers are greeted matters, and Zaire exemplified excellent customer service.

I go to the Verizon store 2 min away next to the Panera and the helpful and efficient worker called a coworker to help look up the location number even though her store was technically closed.
