- SFSusan FSep 3, 20251.0Totally useless. Called the number for Geek Squad twice, went through the automated whatnot, got a 'real person' on the line... First one hung up and didn't call back. The second one put me on hold and never came back on the line. Went online to chat, got a 'representative' who, after I explained the situation and requested a service call, told me Geek Squad doesn't provide on-site help/repair. They suck.
