Thanks to Tyler in the Geek Squad. There was an issue with the speakers we purchased for our Toyota Corolla. We only had it for about 2 weeks since installation. Tyler took care of the issue with professionalism and great customer service. Thanks Tyler, its Employees like you that keeps us coming back.

Great location with good staff and a clean appearance. The gripe I have, is that I saw they had a pair of headphones I wanted in stock, but when I went inside, the shelf was empty. I had to order it online for store pickup, and then wait in my car for about ten minutes for it to be available at the pickup counter. Pointless. Just stock the shelves.

Purchased a dishwasher on 26 Nov 2025. The dishwasher we selected had a "Free Installation" sign on it. The salesman said it didn't qualify. When the installers arrived on 02 Dec, one of them told me he couldn't install the dishwasher unless the valve was replaced (even though there wasn't anything wrong with it). I asked if he could replace it and he said it was "additional". Turns out $312 additional to take 10 minutes to swap out a working valve with a new one (priced at less than $25 at Home Depot). Sounds to me like price gouging. The rest of the installation was great. It should have been given that the installation cost more than the dishwasher. Am running out of places to make purchases where customer satisfaction means anything.

Is it really too hard to have the customer service on the phone? Talk to the customer service in the store and have them agree with customer service on the app? I will be contacting the social media channels like they suggested with my review five days ago below, But good God what an experience today! I had not seen the response to my review below because I normally never check these reviews or even have ever had issues with Best Buy previously. Since I posted the review below five days ago, I had called the customer service line. Spoke with them again and they were actually extremely helpful. Gave me a case number which I wrote down and asked me to give it to them at the customer service desk and said they would take care of me. I do not know who to believe but I was in Best Buy again today, again tried to work through customer service, and was told that even though they could find my case there was nothing they could do. Even though they took my money ship me a product that supposedly had all the parts, and it came without two significant pieces, one of which I could easily replace, which was the see charger so I have plenty of those at home the other one being strap, which is very specific for this speaker and is quite necessary if you were going to move around with it. Here I am now Five or six interactions later still trying to get what I paid for being told by the people in the store that there is nothing they can do, and that I bought an open box item, despite the fact that the written description of the item, and the picture of the item indicates that all parts are present and accounted for. I have now been lied to multiple times had my time wasted multiple times, then asked if I was able to read by the store manager and then told my multiple people that I need to read all the exclusions in the warranty and basically indicated to me that they had zero responsibility to fulfill a product as it is product. I am going to try one more time to respond to what they wrote below and then become the world’s biggest proponent of not supporting by local Best Buy. I probably pay 20 students new to America in this store every year and each of them buys the laptop speakers, headphones, gaming supplies, I buy all types of things, including two electric scooters and a full stereo system for my truck this year as well as a MacBook and an iPad yet they are going to continually give me grief and waste my time over a strap for a speaker that they indicated in writing was there? Just seems like a poor way to run your business when there is no one able to look at the big picture and actually deliver what they sold you in someway or another.

Been a customer for almost 30 years and never a bad experience, normally love love love going to Best Buy and spending $ there. Not anymore. Bought speaker online in "excellent condition with all parts" - speaker delivered without strap. No big deal. Go on app and explain, their AI or whatever tells me to "choose my home store" which I do / tells me to select a store with the speaker I had in stock (which I do), drive there 45 min in traffic, wait in line 30 min, told no exchange (even though app knows what I bought and told me to exchange it), so I offer to just wait for the strap to be sent, they say NO, I show them what app told me to do, they say "not going to look at your phone", tell me "we do not control app" and that "app is misleading" - zero empathy, condescending, rude, basically tell me "we will waste your time, tell you to come exchange this, say you cannot exchange it and then return your $ (they even offered the wrong amount in return!)". When I voiced my displeasure (not a happy voice but not yelling) manager acts like he has been offended and tells me to call customer service. Says he is not dealing with app and only option is to give me my $ back (which he apparently cannot figure out the right amount to give back). Again, I try to show him how I not only was prompted to go to his store (Fredericksburg) but asked to verify stock but told to exchange it (see pic of app). In very rude tone he says "I do not know what you want me to say" - I respond "I do not want you to say anything, I want you to look at your own app or call the people responsible for the communication" Says he is not there to provide feedback or read app. Really ridiculous tone, horrible customer serve, threw their teammates under the bus and blamed them for my problems. To Best Buy's credit the people on the service line were EXCELLENT. Saw my transaction, saw when delivered (delayed twice and I waited around all day), saw notes from interaction. They created a case number and I encouraged them to pull video if they could from store. Best Buy - be better! Train these managers in store better. Customer Service is not where a store manager should be dogging the app or being rude to 30 year customers. This is not hard to get right. This picture below is exactly what the app told me to do multiple times no matter what I chose...
