- JJJeff4 days ago1.0I've been shopping at this specific location since it opened in the 90s. I went it in here recently and it was very depressing. For being one of the only stores for miles around to be able to touch, listen and purchase A/V equipment you think they would have so much to offer for the consumer. They offer nothing but mostly sound bars that eventually end up in the open box section. The many brands of receivers that are usually on display are now down to three. No speakers on display, nothing to demo and only maybe two brands of speakers are on shelves. This is just the budget section. The magnolia rooms are just a waste of space at this point. Walked in there, did a 360 in disappointment and walked out. My thing is you guys offer little to nothing for those who who may want to try and get into home theater. I can't even recommend this store, a store I've been shopping at for almost 30 years to friends to go buy AV equipment. I've watched you guys bury so much of the competition in the area only to be a store that sells majority of sound bars. Please fix this. Give me a reason to return to your store

A message can be sent. Told to just Drive. I live 2 hours away. I drive. They refuse to honor price. Even after saying you can see me on camera 2 days back speaking to your associate. Cj tried to speak to Michael acting manager at the time. GM in interview. Basically told yup that sucks....can't do anything.....yup no way to contact directly but they should have sent us a message.....having worked for the company previous in Florida. Just shameful.
