  Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. They helped keep me on task and got me out the door with everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. I now have a new PC with faster speeds and large screen. 😊

  Purchased a TV elsewhere and was highly disappointed and returned the item the same week. Came to start my new search at Best Buy and the reps recommended a TCL model over the Samsung I originally had. I was unsure because I have never owned a TCL and thought it was a low budget brand compared to Samsung. After a week of coming in and talking to multiple reps, the suggestions were the same and I was convinced. This was a great choice. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

  My husband and I were in there to buy a new color printer that wasn't too expensive. One of the employees asked if we needed help. He guided us to a printer that was just what I was looking for!

  It's a long story number one call the geek squad they came to my house told my computer was unfixable and I need to replace it instead of telling us we had to make an appointment he did not help at all with any kind of appointment unhelpful number two came to the store purchased a new computer and printer having brought my old one with me thinking that I would have my information from the old computer transferred to the new only to be told number three that I had to take the computer that I had purchased home and then call the same store that I just left to bring it back and have the information transferred number four when I came back and drop off the computer I had to leave it for 2 days and be called when it was ready to be picked up number five when I came back to pick it up there was absolutely no one there to help me for approximately 10 minutes until I found someone to help me at the actual counter The geek squad was supposed to come that day to install it it never showed up and of course they don't come out on Sunday o so I had to wait till Monday to call for appointment to have it installed by The geek squad who are very unhelpful except for the very last person who came and he is the only person who was helpful not knowing what he was going to be doing in the actual setup he actually helped and actually got the job done and a fairly timely manner he's the only one that was helpful I would rather not give any stars thank you
