Every AT&T employee I’ve dealt with has had an I don’t care attitude and not been able to resolve our issues. At Verizon, Shana assisted my husband and I pick out a new phone and plan. She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go out of her way to make us happy with our new service.

However, about 5 months ago I found a sales associate that understood where I was credit wise and where I wanted to be. Seriously, every month Shana at the Franklin, VA store and I would talk about the things I could do to improve my credit and get me closer to my goals. This month everything came together and I was able to finance a new phone and at the end of this month I will qualify for automatic payments and save a whole lot of money. I'm thrilled with all the advice Shana was able to help me with. Would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to get help with their goals on their cellphone account. Thank you Shana. Donnie
