  I had a wonderful experience at this Cricket store yesterday. Mohammed helped me and was great! He gave me the options of the best deals they had and showed me the two Android phones that were the best choices. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the two phones. I'm not tech savvy so I really appreciated his help. I received a great deal on a nice phone and Mohammed handled the transfer of data from the old to the new phone. This is the 2nd phone I've bought from this store. Mohammed was an amazing tech and didn't try to upsell me or pressure me in any way toward a particular phone. He was very professional and kind. Thank you Mohammed!
