Absolute game-changer! THCancun is hands-down the best dispensary/smokeshop in the city. Their delivery is lightning-fast and the quality is unmatched by anyone else around. Most importantly, they are honest and reliable. If you’re in Cancun and looking for the real deal, this is the place. 10/10 service!

Easy parking
They seem to have all the good stuff available for purchase
Staff is helpful
Only thing that could be better is if they pulled the game section from the back corner of the store closed towards the front or the cash registers
I’ve been going to this Best Buy for years and while i still think the company is swiftly going down hill, the people working here are at least helpful.

I went to the Falls Church store on March 22, 2026 and was greeted by Duane who after hearing my concerns took me directly to the appliance department. At the appliance Desk I started working with Henry and Rodel to troubleshoot my problem. Both Henry and Rodel were fantastic in helping me resolve my appliance issue then I contacted Michelle at the Geek Squad to schedule a repair. Amazing service late on a Sunday evening within an hour of closing. Many thanks to Duane, Henry, Rodel and Michelle!
Great team and great customer service!

I have had the worst experience purchasing an iPhone from Best Buy. I purchased an iPhone on February 5, 2026. Online the night before. On February 6, 2026, I received a text that my phone was ready for pick-up. I got up and picked up the phone. Got all the way home, opened the box, and realized it was an iPhone Pro. Went back to the store, and the lines were long. Finally got to the cash register and made the exchange for an orange iPhone 17 Pro Max. I was charged a 45 restocking fee. I wasn't upset because it must have been a mistake I made, so I couldn't argue that. Here is what is upsetting: when I purchased the apparently iPhone 17 Pro in orange, I added an AT&T Next Upgrade, which lets me purchase a phone every year. When the cashier made the exchange, he did not re-add it. I went back to the store the next day after re-downloading all my stuff onto the new phone. I was told I would have to return that device and pay another restocking fee in order for them to add AT&T next up. Then I sat in the store for over an hour on the phone with an AT&T rep who told me they could do an electronic exchange where I could keep the device, but I got nowhere with that. So, when warning others, make sure the cashier knows that when doing an exchange, if you upgrade every year, it adds your AT&T Next Up at the time of sale. If not, you will be in the same boat. I don't have a feature that I added during the original purchase.
