Dr. Vancicle is truly phenomenal. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She has been an absolute rock for me and for my dog, Toby. As a very attentive (and sometimes anxious!) dog mom, I tend to have a lot of questions and concerns, and Dr. Vancicle never once makes me feel rushed or dismissed. She takes the time to answer every single question with patience, kindness, and genuine care. If there is ever something we’re unsure about, she will double, triple, even quadruple check to make sure we are doing the absolute best thing for Toby’s health and well-being. What I appreciate most is how calm and compassionate she is. When I walk into the clinic feeling worried, she has this incredible ability to make me feel like I can finally breathe again because I know Toby is in truly capable and caring hands. Her entire team reflects that same warmth. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and happy to help, and the environment they create makes such a difference when you’re bringing in a pet you love so much. Dr. Vancicle is not just a wonderful veterinarian she is someone who genuinely cares about the animals and families she serves. Toby and I are incredibly grateful to have her in our lives. I truly cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us.

Use extreme caution before taking your fur baby here My little cat buddy died yesterday of a large fist-sized 4+ inch tumor in her abdomen at 13. We've been taking her and her fur buddies to the same vet Dr. Van Sickle (who we followed from another clinic) at this clinic since we adopted her. Despite being seen at least once a year with work up and usually twice for off cycle shots, they had no clue. The ER and then the follow up Vets found it immediately but the damage was too great and it was too late. They estimated it had been growing for 3-5 years. Her belly stuck out and has been growing for years but our Vet at this clinic said she was just fat; we even joked about her cute belly. For years she said we had to watch her food intake because excessive weight could lead to issues. IT WAS A TUMOR THAT'S BEEN GROWING IN MY FUR BABY! There's a good chance if the Vet identitied it anytime in the first 3+ years my little cat could have had an operation and we'd still be together. Don't rely solely on this clinic for your fur baby's health, you might end up having your time together cut short like we did

So we took our newest kitten here hoping for better service than our last place. A) We scheduled a followup for our kittens second shots and found that time was not optimal. Called to see f we could move the appt a week but they couldn't pull up the schedule that far (already weird) but then they apparently went ahead and cancelled the original appointment so now we don't have one at all. B) The entire examination they gave a very hard sell on the pet food advertised all over the building - which is a red flag for me.
