I tried to call Verizon and was transferred from place to place and nothing was resolved for 2 days. I asked to keep my old phone number with a purchase of a new phone but when I received the new phone, my old phone number was not transferred over. It was frustrating not to receive phone calls for my business. I went to see Alvaro at the Verizon store and he was knowledgeable, willing to help and resolved the issue within an hour. Thank you so much! I will be a returning customer.

She is so knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient! Broke down the costs with me so that I COULD understand, gave PRACTICAL recommendations, etc. Hands down, my BEST experience at any Verizon store I've ever had. Thank you Emily! In the future and I need more help, I'm calling this store and asking for Emily.

My husband and my young son tried to help me with the phone to no avail. I stopped by the George Mason Verizon today and MADISON took care of me. She greeted my husband and I as soon I we entered the store. She was INCREDIBLE, SUPER, super efficient. In five seconds she knew what the problem was (using VPN) and fixed it right away! Immediately my apps starting working and in a fast way! I couldn’t believe it! I observed her and not only she was exceptional with me but with two clients who stopped by. I am SO glad Madison was working today at this Verizon Store. Please acknowledge her GREAT work ethics, efficiency, knowledge and a customer-oriented attitude to the highest level of management.
- GGGOCAPS83Oct 20, 20255.0Madison at this location is an angel. She was extremely helpful and stayed until almost 11PM to help the many people who came in before the store closed at 7. She explained everything very thoroughly and had the patience of Job while dealing with technical issues from Apple that were out of her hands, customers who were getting irritated, and a few customers who struggled with technology. She didn't have the phone that my wife needed in stock, so she ordered it and gave us a new phone knowing we were going to exchange it as soon as the other came in. I'm not a huge fan of her being by herself in that location though, especially at night. I think Verizon needs to do better for her safety. Thanks again Madison.
