The employee who "helped" my husband and I was extremely condescending and short with us when trying to tell us how to fix the issue, and on top of it all he didn't even give us correct information. It was a total waste of time and my husband had to go Google the correct information to actually fix the problem. Next time just go to the Verizon FAQs website before wasting your time with the employees at this store.
