Throughout my upgrade, trade in and account mix-up processes, Xavier took initiative to anticipate and address every challenges that I may encounter. He was kind and understanding with me and all other customers in the store. At times, he was actively managing concerns of 3 different customers at the same time (since we were all at different stages of the process) and we all managed to walk away with our issues successfully addressed. The phone case he recommended is still providing well-needed protection to my phone. Thank you Xavier and all Verizon staff at this location. You're all incredible.
