An employee named Luis displayed extremely unprofessional behavior from the moment we approached him. He was rude, unhelpful, and acted as if assisting customers was an inconvenience. Not only was he unable to help us with our issue, but he also spoke to us with a very bad attitude the entire time. His behavior escalated to the point where he cursed at us and even told us to “go to hell.” This is completely unacceptable for anyone working in customer service. We were shocked and considered calling the police because of how aggressive and disrespectful he became. Ultimately, we chose to leave instead. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this store—especially dealing with Luis. Someone with this attitude should not be in a customer-facing role. I hope Verizon takes this complaint seriously, because no customer should ever be treated this way.
