Luis G was the associate who helped me with this process and from start to end he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional! Luis took the time to explain updates, how the new phone works and even installed a new case and screen protector on the new phone for me! Overall it was a great experience and this was due to Luis!

Initially, the staff seemed friendly and eager to help me switch, but the moment the sale was made, the customer service evaporated. Zero Follow-up: After placing the order, I received no updates. I had to call the store multiple times, leave voicemails, and email the original rep just to find out if my phones had arrived. I felt completely abandoned. Rushed & Expensive Setup: When I finally went to pick up the phones, I was rushed through the process because they were near closing time. They charged a $40 setup fee per line but provided zero actual help with the setup. Technical Incompetence: Since leaving the store, my phones are stuck in 'SMS mode' and cannot receive 2FA/OTP codes (short codes). This is a known Verizon configuration issue that should have been checked in-store. I am now locked out of my accounts, and because the store rushed me out, I’m stuck dealing with unhelpful call centers on my own. If you are looking for help, go to a corporate Verizon store. This location is purely about sales numbers, not service.
