I am not expecting to make a new best friend here, but a little kindness and a smile would go a long way! Customer service should not make you feel like you did something wrong when the machine breaks down. We already know something is wrong or we wouldn’t be looking for repair services! It seemed as if my technician wanted everyone in the room to know I sprayed hair product too close to my hair dryer when using it. I don’t even dry my hair like that. Dyson customers just want experts to fix their products, not make them feel bad for how they use them. Do better!!

- EFE FDec 19, 20255.0Been to this location twice, once around 2018 for my 2007 Dyson animal and again today for my v14. Both times they fixed the issue same day no cost. Living so close to a center like this is a huge value. I will continue to support Dyson as long as they keep this service center around.
