- AJArun JanakiramanNov 11, 20255.0I have a Dyson V11 and a rubber ring inside of the canister broke. I took it into the service center expecting to hear that it will take a few weeks to repair or worse yet that I would have to buy a new vacuum. The canister was broken, but it could replaced on the spot for $29. I was very happy that I didn’t have to drop $300+ on a new vacuum. The service center is first come first serve, so be patient. I waited about 15-20 minutes as there were several people ahead of me in line. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will return for normal service and any future issues.

If you have a problem DON'T call the Dyson service number, call thier service center in Fairfax, VA. Talked to Matt there and in five minutes my problem was solved.Bought a cordless vacumn a year ago. The head quit working so I called Dyson. I was connected to someone out of the U.S. that could barely speak English.I calle twice and both times I was told since I didn't purchase it from Dyson the warranty wasn't any good. Like the machine, but Dyson has terrible customer service. Thanks Matt for all your help!!

The employee that greeted me was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Within minutes my device was diagnosed, and there was nothing that could be done to repair it. I was given a 25% discount on the purchase of a new device, which I totally took advantage of while I was in the store. Rate the Dyson Service Center a 10/10, and would recommend anyone needing service or routine maintenance on their Dyson devices, please check out Dyson Service Center Fairfax, you will not be disappointed.

I have been very happy with it until about a month ago the hair dryer stopped getting hot. Although it was an inconvenience, I thought it would be a quick stop at the service center and my hair dryer would be good-to-go. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was told that not only could the hair dryer not be fixed, they could not replace it either. The best they could do was offer a 25% discount on a new one. This was extremely disappointing given how much money I spent on it only 3 years ago thinking I was investing in a great brand. I would 100% not recommend this hair dryer or service center.
