    Times have definitely changed. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be. I’m writing this review while standing in line at checkout for over 10 minutes, watching at least eight employees walk by while a single cashier struggles to handle a single customer. No one offered help or seemed concerned. It’s frustrating to see so many staff present but no urgency to support customers who are clearly waiting. This experience alone makes me think twice about coming back.

    I visited this Best Buy recently to look at cell phones and asked an associate for help. He told me “one second,” but then walked past me and went to the register to help other customers. I waited a few minutes and he never came back. experience felt dismissive and frustrating., I’d appreciate clearer communication instead of being left waiting with no follow-up. I hope the store can work on customer service consistency, because experiences like this can really impact how people feel about shopping here. The employee was a short Hispanic individual with glasses

    This store is the worst 😫 I went there on Friday January 2nd 2026 and they were not professional. . .my advice to consumers never shop at this store; the guy I dealt with with was totally unprofessional. . .I went there to purchase a water filter which I purchase the Samsung refrigerator from, and he was upset because I didn't have the filter. . .I explained to him that I called in advance and gave them the model number. . .he was rude and very abrasive. I would not recommend anyone to purchase any appliances or any other products from this store. BOYCOTT this store!!!!

    I went here to purchase an electronic recently and was greeted by mostly friendly staff and people who really wanted to help me. I was helped my multiple staff members who tried to direct me to someone who could help me. The website showed this electronic had 2 in stock even though there were none on the shelf, and after multiple people helped me, an older man came to assist and checked the shelf (as if I hadn’t). He told me if there were none on the shelf, then they didn’t have them, without checking at all. He seemed irritated I needed help to check this. I left and ordered it for mobile pick up. Waited outside the store and got it two hours later.

    I went in this evening to buy a headset it was a total crap show ! Getting watched by multiple undercover security and had the armed and vested security do a walk by as well. I am a 50 yr old bald man lmao I really fit the bill of a thief I guess. Then every headset was in the wrong place for the wrong price after the 5th headset being wrong I left. You lost a 300$ purchase today and any and every purchase in the future. I will be telling EVERYONE about my experience there. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
