    I have been coming to best buy for 25 years or more. Will never give them another cent. Today I stood in line with 4 other people, two lines marked customer pickup and one for checkout. I stood in checkout for 15 min as the cashier helped the people in the pickup line that had two dedicated employees. The cashier's kept skipping us and then aftert nearly 20 minutes or ignoring us and telling us nothing he said we're in the wrong line and there is one line for everything. This was a monumental waste of my time. Your employee was rude, condescending and downright obtuse for doin it the way he was. I sought out management but the three employees I found not the rude cashier said no management was here today. At all. So the. I complained to corporate...not sure it was even a human I talked to. Bottom line is best buy and their employees don't care about you at all. I guess they will when enough customers just use Amazon.

    To say they are pushy on getting you to become a member would be a significant understatement. No, I do not want another bloody tracking app. No, I absolutely do not want more junk sent to my email & mailbox. No, I have zero interest in any of your extended services. I refuse to sign up to order in stuff the store should have already restocked and because I am not getting paid to be their "little research data point" additionally their E-ink price tags are creepy and easily exploitable. Buy your stuff from microcenter or pretty much anywhere else. Best Buy does not deserve your business. Additionally if you want me to interact with your team, send an email, as I am not going to "interact with your social media teams." because that is gross and exploitative which is entirely the problem I have with Best Buy in this review in the first place.

    I'd give no stars if would let me. This is more for Best Buy than the Fair Lakes store, but they weren't helpful either. I'm trying to return an item for refund outside of return window by couple weeks. I've talked to Best Buy customer support many times who rejected my request (even after one online associate saying I could return for a refund at the store) and said the manufacturer would do a return / refund for me. I called manufacturer and they said could only do replacements. I've been lied to multiple times on how this could be done. I'm a long time customer and recently purchased some big priced items......and this is how I'm treated for it. Can't even return an item less than two weeks after the 15 day window (which is ridiculous itself). Looks like I'll be taking my future business elsewhere with the lack of customer support to loyal buyers.

    I had appointment this afternoon with Geek squad to fix an issue with my new Samsung Galaxy watch 8 that not pairing to my phone, I handed my watch to the technician and explained the issue, then he tried to turn it on and he didn't know how, and he asked me if it is charged, I actually didn't say yes and thought if he didn't know how to turn it on then how is he going to fix it! So he told me to come back again, I just turned back and scheduled a new appointment in another location.
