    Disorganized, can’t just walk in and buy what you wanna buy. you end up waiting half an hour just to buy something that’s sitting right there. I left after it became very unclear where a line even started or ended because there’s no Cashier . Went over to Walmart and bought beats for half the price. Also the door there is a guillotine one side was opening while one side was closing, and it hit me and looks like it would injure you bad if you got stuck between the two.

    Very disappointing experience. I visited the Apple Store yesterday for a repair and was told to come back today. I rearranged my schedule and returned today, only to be told they were not taking any repairs at all. If repairs aren’t available, Apple should not allow appointments on the website or give customers false expectations in-store. This completely wasted my time, especially on New Year’s Eve, when time is already limited. I expect better coordination and communication from a company like Apple.

    I came in with an iPhone 11 that had abruptly stopped working on Christmas Eve. Wouldn’t turn on (seemed to be a battery issue) and came in to get it looked at. Guy was perfectly nice but ran diagnostics and told us that the phone would never turn on again and that it had liquid inside. Phone had never gotten wet so that immediately didn’t sound right. Tried to get us to buy a newer phone, not entertaining that there was any other option. Took it to Experimax instead and guess what they were able to do while running diagnostics? Turn on the phone! Replaced the battery, still had issues so it’s a problem with the board. My biggest concern was that the phone was not backed up and I needed to get the data off of it. Now I’ll be able to do that before replacing it. I understand that Apple folks want to upsell you. It was clear that they were incredibly busy the day before Christmas. But I’m pretty disgusted with the lack of care and support that I experienced, especially after expressing the concerns that I had. Seemed like they were just trying to get us out of there rather than find an actual solution. Just gross stuff. Definitely won’t be bringing any future problems to Apple.

    The worst Apple Store in the area. They will use high pressure and talk down to you in order to convince you to buy Applecare or do activations. The individual line workers are nice, but they will trot out a manager if you change your mind about purchasing Applecare, at which point they will lie to you, demean you, and then threaten to kick you out when you try to stand up for yourself. Buy an iPhone anywhere else. A Best Buy, Online, direct from Apple…it doesn’t matter…heck…go to another Apple Store.

    The place is busy - it's Christmas time so I expected that. The sales team that took care of me was attentive but not pushy. I like that. My questions were answered and I MADE THE DECISION. Nice place located in a very vibrant shopping area. Go to Apple, and enjoy the village experience while there.
