  The friendly and engaging staff at Fairfax Corner's Apple Store took over two hours of tech time to investigate my recently acquired zombie 2009 Macbook Pro, to try to revitalize it. In that time they had my wife and I take a great hour course in Mac OS basics, covering the latest OS, Tahoe. We both learned well in that course taught by Miranda from Texas. We also looked at the newest iPods and Macbooks. Very wonderful experience. R

  First off the store location was hard to find, the rep on the phone that told me to go to an apple store couldnt find it either so we had to call the store to find the true location. After gettign there Apple wasnt able to help me even though i drove an hour, they said it needs to be before 3pm to get help or else i can leave my phone overnight which obviously I couldnt. I just needed my iphone 17 pro max repaired under warranty. They told me i can come back next day at 10am when they open. I came back and then they said itll be over 3 hours to wait for my phone but then said if i paid for apple care it could have been much faster. I wasnt too happy because they already took over 3 hours as they promised and i had to keep checking to see if it is ready or not they told me they have too many people coming and going they wouldnt remember me. After i finnaly got my phone back i noticed not just the port was replaced but the body of the phone which i noticed it has some marks on the front and the side of the phone which shows up really easy since its a aluminum body so instead of the original dark blue it shows white marks. Not happy with this store or apple for this matter both just have a script they follow and they only care about the money.

  Horrible service, all they care about is getting you to update to the newest phone or product and making you buy something. I ended up upgrading to the latest iPhone model, but that’s because I was gonna do that anyway, but the whole sales approach where the only concern is to make money is really offputting and their customer service is very condescending

  Very nice, the staff and employees are exceptionally polite in helping me purchase a new device. Also, everything was very easy to find and I felt very calm and not rushed while choosing a new device. The location is also very central to restaurants, clothing providers, and camping gear stores.

  They told me they would not replace the iPhone; they could only repair the screen, saying that the rest of the aluminum frame could not be repaired because it was “cosmetic,” which is false. The same accident caused all the damage to the iPhone. In the end, I left the store without anything being fixed. My iPhone is still broken with physical damage.If the same accident caused a shattered screen and a damaged frame, then it is not normal wear and tear or isolated cosmetic damage. I do not recommend buying AppleCare+. It does not work. When it comes time to use the insurance, they lie and give you many excuses to avoid repairing your device. I feel scammed. Now I have a broken iPhone and no solution. This device is very expensive and this is not fair. I want my money back; I regret having purchased an Apple product
