    I had a great experience at this store today, Ruben helped me when I got locked out of my iPhone. He was very professional, patiently explaining what has happened. He game some great tips on how to address this problem should it happen again. Had Apple products for years, and this was the nicest store, with the most accommodating staff. Five star experience. Thanks, Ruben.

    First repair experience at this store and it's fairly bad so far. I made an appointment to have the screen on my iPhone 17pro replaced. Waited for a bit after my appointment time, which wasn't a big deal, but then realized the 'genius' helping me was also helping two or three other folks. So, it was very slow. He performed another diagnostic on my phone, when I had already ran one pre-appointment. Not sure what the point is on the diagnostic since the screen is cracked but okay. After a while, the 'genius' came back and said they need to replace my cracked screen but they don't have any in stock. So, I asked the obvious. Why didn't they let me know when I made the appointment to have a screen replaced on my iPhone? I just got a look. No answer. Then I asked if I could change it to have the entire phone replaced since that was an option when I made the appointment. The 'genius' let me know that I could since the repair will fall out of the system if I don't get it done within 5 days. When I got home, I decided to just have it replaced and pay the extra cost. Unfortunately the system didn't let me since there was already a repair for the device in the system. I guess the 'genius' didn't know this?! So, now I'm stuck having to go back to the same store for the repair. Wish me luck! Update: Well. I received a notification that the part was in but nothing about making an appointment, so I went to the store today. After checking in, I waited for 15 minutes before being helped. I was told that I needed to drop my phone off or wait an hour and a half. This is the first I'm being told this and I also wondered why this wasn't made clear on my first visit or even when I checked in today. I cancelled everything and went ahead with a phone replacement. Ridiculous. Apple has gone way down and I've been a customer for 25 years.

    I recently visited the Apple Store Fairfax Corner to replace my iPhone battery. The closest store was about 11 miles from where I live in Manassas, Virginia. It was a little difficult to locate the store at first, even using Google Maps, but once I arrived, the experience was very positive. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The battery replacement took about an hour, which was reasonable. Overall, the pricing and service were fair, and I’m satisfied with the experience.

    I recently visited this Apple Store and had a very disappointing experience with a worker called her self a manger named Sarah. From the moment I approached her for assistance, her attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. She refused to provide the support I needed and showed little to no willingness to engage or resolve my issue. As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy, especially from someone in a managerial position. Unfortunately, Sarah’s behavior fell far below those expectations. Her lack of support and unwillingness to assist created a frustrating and negative experience. I strongly urge the store to take this matter seriously and address her conduct. Customer service should be a top priority, and no customer should feel ignored or dismissed when seeking help. I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future.
