    After years with Verizon I’ll be canceling my service. The rented router provided by Verizon stopped working and customer support said to go to a local store to swap out the routers. The mall as well as another Sterling location could not and did not help with a solution or attempted to look up our ticket number. If your internet goes down Verizon expect to wait days for a replacement and not the same day service pick up as told. Staff should be trained to maybe help with at least attempting to help. There were two representatives. A tall and short guy maybe about 5 foot tall. He was dismissive towards me and not making any attempts to help. Verizon corp should look in to their stores during evening hours as the staff seems more as sitting down with their phones and not helping or welcoming to customers who are on the verge of canceling service.

    Robert was amazing, He was very helpful and also ensured we smoothly transitioned to the new phone smoothly. Loved the customer support and will definitely refer for our friends.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. The staff made my parents feel ignored and treated differently than other customers. What hurt the most was that even the only Spanish-speaking employee chose not to help, even after it was clear they needed assistance. No customer should feel judged, dismissed, or unwelcome — especially in a place that says it values customer service and diversity. I hope management takes this seriously, trains their staff better, and makes sure everyone who walks in is treated with respect. ——— Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en esta tienda de Verizon. El personal hizo an mis padres sentir ignorado y tratado de manera diferente a otros clientes. Lo que más me dolió fue que incluso el único empleado que hablaba español decidió no ayudarles, aun cuando era claro que necesitaba asistencia. Ningún cliente debería sentirse juzgado, rechazado o no bienvenido — especialmente en un lugar que dice valorar el servicio al cliente y la diversidad. Espero que la gerencia tome esto en serio, capacite mejor a su personal y se asegure de que todos los que entren sean tratados con respeto.

    I had an amazing experience with Robert when transferring my line from Tmobile. He was quick and got me a great deal. Ask for him when you come in the store! Clone him and make him the manager of every store🤌🏻🤌🏻

    I just want to comment on the awful experience that my parents had at this location. They were transferring lines to Verizon and got three iPhones 17Pro. Everything was fine until it came time for payment. There was an extra charge of almost $140 to “set up and transfer data from their old phones to the new ones”. I never heard that before in my life. Fine, they went with it. The rep was nice, but he couldnt transfer any files from any of the phones. It was late so the plan was to go back the day after to finish the process. They went back the next day at the time that the rep that helped them was going to be there but he was not there. They tried to get help from the other employees and they told them, and I quote “we can’t help you because they paid the $140 set up fee to the other guy and that they needed to wait for him or pay the fee again. What?! When my mom pushed back and told this “Verizon employee” that this is a Verizon store and anyone should be able to help them, he said that they are not Verizon and just an independent store not affiliated with them? After weeks of convincing my parents to change their lines to a bigger carrier, this is the first impression that they got. Customer service is non existent, there are very sus fees for setting up your new device, and rude staff that are unwilling to help. I hope that the manager of this store see this because your staff need to do better. From our end, my parents are extremely disappointed with this experience, and will be calling corporate and whoever they need to reach out to. Not only did they got scam with this set up fee that was attempted but never happened, but the attitude from the employees was disastrous and scammy. You have been warned!
