I went to this store twice. One without and another with appointment. Both times I had to wait more than an hour and left without getting any help. I never had issues with Verizon customer service before but the service in this store is disgraceful!! Both days I saw only one or two representatives helping customers while others form groups and were chatting. There’s no urgency to help a lot of frustrated customers inside the store who were waiting patiently for our turns. Verizon should rather close this store than tarnish it’s reputation and lose it’s customers!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. However another associate (Aryan) resolved my issue and apologized on the other associates behalf. I visited this Verizon store around 4:20 PM and waited 30–40 minutes without being acknowledged or placed on a waitlist. There was no visible sign-in process, and during my wait, customers who arrived after me were told they could be assisted before me. When I respectfully raised concern, a Caucasian male who later identified himself as the manager approached me in a confrontational manner. When I asked for his name (I believe it was David or Robert), he responded, “None of your business,” and said “Good luck” when I stated I would ask another employee. This exchange occurred in front of other customers and felt intentionally demeaning. At no point did he ask for my name or attempt to resolve the issue. As an active-duty service member and an African American woman new to the area, this experience was unsettling and unprofessional. After reading several similar reviews describing the same behavior, it is concerning that this individual remains in a managerial role. Verizon should seriously review his conduct and consider corrective action, including retraining, disciplinary measures, or reassignment.

I went to the verizon corporate store in Sterling Va.Alison the young lady waited on my husband and l. She was patient and Kind . We are elderly she explained everything in such detail. It was a wonderful experience. I went back a few days later with some questions she was so patient again
