    Verizon Store at 2200 Dulles Retail Plaza #172, Dulles, VA 20166 The seller's Name: I visited this store around 6:30 PM Virginia time, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The saleswoman who assisted me was unprofessional and dismissive, making the entire customer service interaction really unpleasant. I genuinely expected better from a Verizon store.

    Nothing to do with this store but everything to do with Verizon…I have a question. So after a month with no phone because the more than 58 agents I have spoken to are very limited in their abilities to do their job and pay attention to orders… I have lost a whole lot thanks to this. I’m now $600 deep in phone payments to Verizon and Xfinity because the botheads weren’t paying attention. Just today on my birthday I spent a total of 11 hours being gaslighted and transferred from “agent” to “agent” with lie after lie about how they care. NO YOU DON’T. I’ve been to 2 stores already because THEY SENT ME and after almost 2 hours in traffic, nothing. Now they want me to go to the Dulles store and I am really trying hard to not end up in a place I have never been before if I go to this store, and for this store to also tell me “There is nothing that we can do. Call customer service”. I did that after they told me to go to the Leesburg store. And the Purcellville store. I have been speaking to customer service for hundreds of hours even 1:30 am, and chats and texts and all I get is THE WRONG PHONE ORDERED TWICE. MIND YOU AGAIN I have lost a lot for not being able to have a phone for a month while you so quickly charged me a FULL BILL… I called the store and again gaslighted with “The call center is closed right now” automated Verizon call center not the store that was open till 9pm and it’s 7:50pm. My question is, Do You Have A 17 Pro Max 1T? They said you did and I do NOT TRUST THEM! Since you don’t answer my phone calls I guess I have to write it down here because I do not want to drive ALL THE WAY OVER THERE FOR NOTHING! I hope you can help me!

    David provided very poor service, and awful service ever !!!!! I I visited the Verizon store today and was extremely disappointed with the service. David initially assisted us while we were trying to exchange phones, but the entire process was poorly handled and felt like a complete waste of time. He repeatedly went to the back office saying it would take about 10 minutes, yet each time he was gone for nearly half an hour with no clear updates. The lack of communication and organization was very frustrating and showed little respect for our time or the time of other customers waiting. When Carlos finally stepped in, the situation improved immediately. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clearly showed us on the computer that the phone was not in stock—something that could have been explained much earlier. Overall, this experience left me unhappy with the service and feeling that our time was unnecessarily wasted.
