I came at 1.25 hours - not that busy, plenty of staff and choosing not to make my online purchase available. Ignoring me and helping new people walk in with minutes. And they sold the phone I reserved to a wakin. While I’m waiting and already purchased.
- CCChristinaNov 14, 20251.0The lady that workes at Verizon that’s manger spoke to arrogantly thinking I was her employer unacceptable behavior of a manger very disappointing just wanting to pay my phone bill I go to one person at the store that actually helps me that manger that spoke to me condescending looking at her iPad while there was a whole bunch of customers her doing nothing to attend other customers. Not only did I have a problem a family member also a problem with her she ruined my family members phone than acted like she didn’t do anything if I attend to go to that store I will only go to one person there very angry of the outcome of the mangers part taking me to a kiosk from another Verizon person the one person I always go to was already attending a customer so far now on I’m just gonna to him if I happened to stop by just to pay my phone bill.

- DCDaniel ColeeOct 29, 20251.0I would give half star if I could or even zero Stars. the employees here are full of crap. you talk to one employee and he tells you one thing. then you talk to another and they tell you something else. they are a corporate store and should be able to take care of any issues that franchise stores cannot take care of, but these people are so inept they can't even take care of simple issues. I went from T-Mobile to Verizon because they told me service in my area was good, however it turned out they lied to me and I literally have zero to one bars. if you want to be lied to and give him the runaround and spend countless hours in the store and accomplishing nothing, then by all means this is where you want to be. if you want no hassle cell phone service and customer service that actually comes through for the customer, then I would suggest you go with T-Mobile or AT&T and avoid Verizon like the plague.
