Extremely pleasurable. She was knowledgeable about the services, equipment, and so personable that the time I had to spend waiting for her to test the equipment and to go through the process of making sure that everything was functioning, seemed like no trouble at all. I would recommend that if you have to go through purchasing or upgrading any equipment through Verizon, definitely ask for Janie Gammon. She's the best! Verizon is lucky to have a customer service person representing their company like Janie.

I got the items needed off the wall display and stood there for 10 minutes, still neither employee bothered to say we'll be with you shortly. Both were helping 2 other customers with purchase of new phones and setting them up. It wouldn't have taken 2 minutes to ring up my items for $100.00 plus tax and go back to the other person. I walked out and will get what I need elsewhere.
