- SHSmith Helpful HandsAug 25, 20251.0Complete horrible service. I have 2 separate accounts 1 personal and 1 business. Have total 5 lines. Went in to add one to my personal asked the lady if she could give me a little off with the phone case since was paying cash was told she would take off activation fee and when she told me new price it was same price as before. I asked if she took off activation fee like she said she would then started to argue stating she never said that. Tried to correct her then got aggressive and stated if I wanted to be rude I could go elsewhere and she didn't need to sell me a phone. Over time thus location has gotten HORRIBLE. Please beware and go at own risk. This location lies and when questioned about it they get aggressive.
