    Everything was fine while we were in the store, it was what happened the next day that is troubling. We were told we had 30 days to exchange the phones if we didn’t like them. After reading reviews my son decided he wanted to exchange his. He went back to the store the very next morning but was told he would have to pay a $50 restocking fee and pay the taxes again on the new phone exchange of choice… plus another $30 activation fee. He had just paid $175 the night before. I don’t care if this noted on the Verizon website (in tiny print) it should have verbally told to us that these fees would have to be paid again if we chose to exchange the devices and it was not! Not to mention we did not receive a receipt for either phone we purchased. I would like to exchange mine for a larger one after handling it and bc of my vision but who can afford to do that now??

    Placed an online order for store pick up at this store specifically because online it said they had the phone in stock and it would be ready with "express" pick up in 2 hours. My order was not fulfilled and when I called the store I was told that they prioritize "in store" customers over online orders and that my order would not be available until November 21st. They said I could cancel my order and come into the store and they would be able to provide the phone ASAP. There were also mentions of being "double charged" if I did this option so I had to make absolutely sure I "cancelled" the order (which you can't do online yourself if you pick in store pick up). Didn't make sense. When I talked to corporate, they said they called the store, and the person should never have told me that. So I had to spend basically a whole day on the phone with corporate cancelling the order. Will be switching over to AT&T.

    They seriously need more comfortable seating if they are unable to mitigate the long waits. Update: been here since 5:40 pm. It’s now 7:23 pm. I have not been helped. I approached the only worker because I waited nearly two hours to turn in a phone. The people who came in behind me already left. The employee told me to leave my old iPhone 13 mini on the counter. Idk if it was properly inventoried or not. Highly concerned with this store. I will never return to this location.
