Absolutely ridiculous. ------- My phone is pretty busted so I thought I'd pay off my phone and upgrade. I looked only for items that were both in stock and available for pickup at this store. For some reason it has taken many days to move items from inventory to a locker that they were supposed to have in stock. My next phone bill is projected to have a huge increase even though I paid out of pocket for everything except for the device itself. It is difficult to work without a functioning phone. Curious as to why the long wait time for items in stock and available for pickup

Took them a day to process, then when I picked them up they forgot to scan them saying I received my order. Went home to switch devices and since they didn’t register them I couldn’t get them transferred. When I went back to the store for assistance the girl working there addresses everyone with very unprofessional welcomes and wasn’t helpful at all at getting the service switched over, and then mad at me because I was frustrated with the experience I was receiving. After reading terrible review after review, Verizon needs to do itself a favor and shut this store down, or at minimum fire all the incompetence they have working there.
