  I went in last week with an older Samsung that was malfunctioning and bought a Samsung 25. My experience was outstanding and beyond my expectations. Ray was very professional and researched my phone choices in depth and printed them out for me to examine. All Verizon deals were discussed before I reached a decision. Ray was patient and politely answered all my questions. I'm pleased with my purchase and glad I was able to buy a phone from a local vendor. Thanks!

  I was in Saturday (9/20) with my Mom, due to an issue with her phone (android) -- which as an iPhone user myself, I was unable to resolve. Ashley proved to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient ... especially as she multi-tasked this challenge along with serving other customers.
